Homeowners are trying to hire you. Some of them can't get through.
RevenueSaved is an independent lead-leak audit for service businesses. We test every way a customer reaches you and show you, with evidence, exactly where jobs slip away.
Book a 15-minute callThree leaks we find most
Calls that ring out
In business hours, after hours and at weekends.
Web forms that never get a reply
Or get one too late, after the homeowner has moved on.
Estimates with no follow-up
So the homeowner books someone else.
How it works
Permission first
You authorize our test calls, texts and form submissions in writing. Nothing happens without it.
7-day audit
We contact your business the way a real customer would, at different times and through every channel.
Evidence report
A score, every leak with proof (time, channel, what happened), and the fixes ranked by impact.
Your choice of fix
For each leak we show 2–3 options, including fixing it in-house. We don't sell any fix.
Re-check
Optional monitoring proves each fix keeps working.
Why independent matters
We never implement fixes, so we have no reason to find problems that aren't there. If a fix provider pays us a referral fee, we tell you in writing next to that option. Our audit fee never depends on what you buy afterwards.
Pricing
| Lead-Leak Audit 7 days, full evidence report | From $750 one-time |
